His brother, Shivaraj Shellagi, faces murder charges in connection with the incident.According to the police, an argument broke out between the brothers over tilling agricultural land while they were having lunch in the field. As the altercation escalated, Shivaraj allegedly struck Dhanaraj on the head with a heavy stone. Dhanaraj died on the spot.The incident sparked tension in the village.
