Taylor Swift acquired the master recordings of her first six albums. She purchased these original masters from Shamrock Capital in May 2025. This acquisition included music videos and other associated materials. Swift had previously begun re-recording these albums as Taylor's Version. She had not yet released Taylor's Version editions for her debut and Reputation.
