I dont think that's too bad, I have a 2015 Nissan Sentra that fits those requirements. I bought a new car a couple weeks ago and one dealership offered me $1500 trade in and another offered $3k, I decided instead to just give it to my mom so she'd have an extra car. If I wanted to sell it though this would have worked well for me and the CB.
