The Allahabad High Court has cleared the path for Great Value Realty's ultra-luxury Ekanam project in Noida, dismissing a challenge against additional floor area ratio (FAR). The ruling allows the developer to proceed with the 4-acre, Rs 3,000 crore development, which includes 280 residences. The court found the land was always designated for future expansion and that a majority of homebuyers supported the plan, with the Noida Authority acting transparently.
