That trunk could easily make 2-3 table tops that would go for at least 3-4k+ each to some corporation wanting to flex when they had other companies visit for meetings. Could probably get another 10k out of slates from the branches after it splits. I'd estimate this tree probably has a good 30k in value if processed correctly and worked right. Take out 5-10k to harvest and process, and that's 20k in profit.
