Position #6: $NOW (ServiceNow) - UpdateServiceNow, Inc.BATS:NOWColdBloodedCharter The biggest fear spreaders - analysts who had been calling the end of ServiceNow and Salesforce - are starting to change their tone. Some have just upgraded their ratings to "Buy", as shown in the MarketWatch screenshot below. Interestingly, this particular analyst still sees AI as a real long-term risk, but believes the stock has been sold off too aggressively due to panic. That's essentially what I've been writing for almost two months now. The 3-day chart highlights several important developments. On the lower panel, OBV is showing a hidden bullish divergence after making a lower low, while price printed a higher low at $89.4, maintaining a healthy momentum profile. RSI is sitting around 59, leaving plenty of room for further upside. The Point of Control is at $102.5, making it the key level to hold if this recovery is going to continue. The $111-$112 area is the main resistance zone. If price can break above it, the path higher becomes much cleaner. Around $132.8 sits the declining 200-day moving average, which is likely to be the first major technical barrier and could trigger a stronger rejection. Overall, the 3-day chart looks like a strong candidate for the early stages of accumulation. I don't expect a move to $200 this year. After such a deep correction since early 2025, the stock is more likely to spend several more months building a base. In fact, it's arguably been moving sideways for about six months already. The latest higher low just below $90 has technically established an uptrend. The key now is to preserve that structure without developing bearish divergences. The position is comfortably in profit and, in my opinion, this remains one of the strongest-looking charts in the market. It appears to be in the very early phase of accumulation, preceded by a textbook Wyckoff Selling Climax, clearly visible in the exceptionally high trading volume. That was most likely a capitulation event, which strengthens the long-term bullish case. 💙👽
