This is 100% my Shih Tzu, but what are the odds that someone has a dog with these qualities and will just go “Here! Take my beloved family pet!” Obviously there are thousands of dogs that meet these guidelines and need homes, but this makes it sound like the CB is the Grinch and will slither down the chimney to take their neighbor’s dogs.
