"Searching for a like-minded individual who is willing to live in the spacious outbuilding on my property. You can smoke tobacco or cannabis, alcohol is allowed....but you must clean up after yourself. To live here you must keep to yourself, not disturb my beloved pets, we should never hear or see you (unless of course we are wanting to interact with you). In exchange we will grant you the immense pleasure of cleaning the outside of our home, maintaining the property (weeding, felling trees, mowing, etc at least 4 hours per day of manual labor). This arrangement does not include the use of the inside of our home, or the use of our deck, or hot tub. However, if such amenities may be of use, we could arrange a trade for full cooking and cleaning of our home, occasional pet care, and daily errands....in exchange we would be amenable to allowing you to use our indoor bathrooms once per week, the hot tub and deck once per month (with the exception of weeknights, weekends and holidays of course). For the luxury of living in our outbuilding we only ask for $1800 per month, electricity and water are extra of course.
