Employees of such institutions should discharge their responsibilities with a strong sense of commitment towards society and the nation, he said.He urged teachers and administrators to remain self-motivated, dedicated, and confident in performing their duties, adding that continuous engagement with their profession would help them acquire greater expertise. He also stressed the need for lifelong learning and regular skill enhancement to keep pace with changing educational needs.He said the institution could achieve greater milestones if its principals and staff rendered honest, dedicated, and committed service.Ganapati Sinoor, professor at the Central University of Karnataka, said teachers should develop leadership qualities and strengthen their ability to guide students from diverse backgrounds.
