You do know that you can add outlets to rooms extremely easily, right? My house is like 110 years old but since it was built it’s had the electrical entirely redone, new HVAC, an extension added on, etc. And it also has incredible woodwork that you don’t see in modern houses and was cheap to buy despite all the work that had been put into it over the years.
