If the purpose was to restore an old home I could see that as being reasonable Solicit someone to BUY a home for themselves - e.g. retain ownership - and have the person create some kind of retreat under the supervision of the person who owned the home to turn it into some kind of "retreat" Not that I would be interested in funding but I also know nothing about the location but at least there is some basis for thinking there might be a person who is interested in preserving old architecture
