EURGBP 4H: Trendline and Waiting for the Retest 4H Bullish OBEUR/GBPOANDA:EURGBPbilalahmaduccEURGBP has been capped since May by a descending trendline off the highs. Early September finally may break, with price tagging 0.8605 into the 4H bearish order block at 0.8602 to 0.8625 before pulling back. That rejection is normal. The interesting part is where the pullback goes. The zone I care about is 0.8562 to 0.8570. Three things converge there: The 4H bullish order block that launched the September rally The broken descending trendline, now sloping into that same area as support The prior swing structure that held through August Plan: long on a reaction from 0.85643, stop 0.85291 below the block, target 0.86720 at the higher bearish order block. That is 35 pips risk for roughly 108 pips, about 3R. What I expect on the way up: the 0.8602 to 0.8625 supply block is still overhead and unmitigated. I am not expecting a straight line. A stall or a second dip around that block is the base case, and only a clean 4H close above 0.8625 opens the road to 0.8672. Fundamentally EURO seems stronger than GBP which is a additional confluence. Not financial advice. This is my own chart read and I am posting it to track how it plays out.
