The City of Windhoek will be establishing two new townships in the Khomasdal Constituency, which are expected to provide approximately 750 residential plots. The development is part of efforts to increase the supply of residential land in Windhoek and address the capital’s shortage of serviced plots. The municipality has completed layouts for more than 11,000 planned erven across several townships, with N$296.4 million budgeted for land servicing and housing delivery during the 2026/27 financial year. submitted by /u/namibpulse [link] [comments]
