Sunday 6 September 2026 Al-Qadsiah Club Company has officially completed the signing of promising French forward Mahamadou Sangaré from English side Manchester City on a long-term contract running until 2029, strengthening the club’s first-team squad. The signing took place in the presence of Al-Qadsiah Club Company CEO James Bisgrove and Sporting Director Carlos Anton. The acquisition of the 19-year-old continues Al-Qadsiah’s commitment to recruiting emerging talents from leading European clubs, following the earlier signing of Dutch midfielder Tijjani Reijnders from Manchester City during the current summer transfer window. Sangaré developed through the Paris Saint-Germain Academy before joining Manchester City, where he most recently represented the club’s Under-21 side during the 2025/26 season.
