BMW, there's a lot going onBayerische Motoren Werke AGGETTEX:BMWazda71Its no secret that the German automotive industry has a lot of problems, I won't get into the politics of where I think the problems come from. Taking a look at BWM on the Monthly chart there is a lot going on with this chart and see 3 bearish scenarios. First is the harmonic which I see as possibly finished and looking for a correction of this anti butterfly, then between that an M formation which is also bearish, and finally a head and shoulders. The head and shoulders measured move could take us down to close most of the wick at the C point of the harmonic, price could retest the golden pocket first before dropping further.
