The Dahiphale family in Maharashtra has joyfully celebrated the birth of Gargi, whom they say is the first daughter to be born into the family in more than 200 years. Her arrival was marked by a grand procession featuring a flower-decorated chariot, drums and cymbals. The family has affectionately called her 'Lakshmi Devi' and is looking forward to showering the newborn with love and care as they welcome her into the family.
