US special representatives arrived in Moscow for talks on ending the Ukraine war. Both sides offered to curtail attacks during the discussions for three days. President Putin will meet the US envoys later on Saturday in the Kremlin. The envoys are expected to visit Kyiv the following day for further discussions. A vast gulf remains between Russia and Ukraine on ending the conflict.
