Love Malta is growing and we’re looking for a Head of Content to help lead the next chapter.As Love Malta and Love Malta Eats continue to grow, we’re looking for an ambitious, creative and digitally minded Head of Content to help shape how people experience Malta — from the places they visit and the things they do to the food they eat and the stories they share.This is a senior role for someone who understands what makes lifestyle, travel, food and destination content stand out online. You’ll help develop content across Love Malta’s platforms, from guides and recommendations to social video, original formats, campaigns and collaborations.You’ll lead and develop a creative team, shape the content strategy, identify exciting opportunities and ensure Love Malta and Love Malta Eats each have a distinctive voice while working together as part of one growing group.We’re looking for someone who combines strong creative judgement with digital instinct; someone who can think strategically, spot what people will love and turn ideas into content that inspires people to explore, experience and enjoy Malta.You should bring:• Strong content leadership and creative experience• A passion for travel, food, lifestyle and local experiences• Excellent storytelling and editorial instincts• A deep understanding of social media and digital content• The ability to lead, motivate and develop creative teams• Experience creating engaging video and original digital formats• Excellent communication skills in English and Maltese• A valid Maltese work permit and residency in MaltaIf you want to help shape how Malta is discovered, enjoyed and shared, we want to hear from you.Send your CV to bettina@lovinmalta.com•
