In 2011 Richard Beasley advertised on craigslist a caretaker job on a farm. The caretaker would have the house available to them, access to all the land to go hunting in exchange for taking care of some cows. He ended up killing three people, and shooting one who got away. (I’m kind of surprised that craigslist was still around in 2011.)
