I had the train ticket scam. I’m sitting on our commuter rail, waiting for it’s scheduled departure. A young couple asks for money for a ticket, claiming the woman need to get home urgently. I ask where they’re going and they mention a stop on the train line we’re all on. I tell them to have a seat, I’ll pay the conductor for the full ticket price when he comes by. It turns out she didn’t need to get home that urgently.
