Why VPLM Could Run TuesdayVoip-Pal.com Inc.OTC_DLY:VPLMChartProphetTo be honest you are probably too late, but should price have any hesitation on Tuesday you might consider entering a trade. VPLM could be setting up for a significant move Tuesday because the market is entering the week with a fresh legal catalyst, an extremely compressed share price, and a technical setup where relatively modest buying pressure could produce a disproportionately large percentage move. The first piece of the thesis is the September 4 amended antitrust complaint. Judge Randolph Moss gave VoIP-Pal permission to amend and streamline its carrier antitrust case, with the revised complaint focused on the company's Sherman Act claims. The filing deadline was September 4 and the revised case is intended to focus the litigation rather than continue carrying the broader collection of RICO and ancillary claims. That distinction matters. The September 4 filing wasn't a request for another extension or an indication that the case was being abandoned. VPLM was given another opportunity to present its core antitrust theory in a more focused complaint. The bullish interpretation is that the company now has an opportunity to directly address the weaknesses that were identified in the earlier pleadings—particularly standing, market definition, coordination between defendants, and the alleged harm to competition. If the amended complaint materially improves those areas, Tuesday's trading could become a "read-through" event rather than simply a reaction to the existence of a filing. Traders who were waiting for the actual document can evaluate whether VPLM added meaningful factual allegations, and if they believe the complaint has a better chance of surviving another motion to dismiss, speculative money can enter quickly. The second part of the setup is the trading action itself. VPLM closed Friday at approximately $0.0049, after trading as high as $0.0050 and as low as $0.0048. Volume was only about 943,000 shares compared with a 65-day average of approximately 6 million. That is not a bullish breakout by itself—but it also means Friday did not produce the kind of heavy-volume liquidation that would clearly signal that traders were abandoning the story. The stock has already fallen substantially from its recent levels, and TradingView shows a 52-week range of approximately $0.0009 to $0.0250. That creates an interesting asymmetry: VPLM doesn't need an enormous amount of new fundamental information to move 30%, 50%, or even 100% from these levels if speculative volume returns. Technically, the most important area is the $0.0050–$0.0055 zone. A move back through $0.0050 would first establish that Friday's $0.0049 close was not the beginning of another leg lower. A push through approximately $0.0055 would be more significant because it would demonstrate that buyers are willing to pay above the recent resistance area. Once $0.0060–$0.0062 is cleared with volume, the chart could begin attracting momentum traders rather than just existing VPLM shareholders. That is where the percentage moves can become dramatic. A move from $0.0049 to: $0.006 = +22% $0.0075 = +53% $0.010 = +104% $0.020 = +308% Not financial advice. Do your own research.
