Ahead of the relaunch of Tottenham’s Hall of Fame later this month, we have put together a list of all 45 players who have been inducted since its inception in 2004.Tottenham Hotspur have since announced that the club has relaunched the Hall of Fame – celebrating the former players, managers and key figures who have made outstanding contributions to its history. It is set to return at Tottenham’s upcoming home Premier League fixture against Aston Villa on Saturday 19 September, with new inductees to be presented on the pitch in front of fans ahead of kick-off. The matchday programme will also feature a commemorative front cover and supporting editorial content. The Hall of Fame initiative was paused following the closure of White Hart Lane in 2017, but Tottenham have now taken the opportunity, prompted by discussions with the Fan Advisory Board, to refresh the format and better reflect the full breadth of Spurs history, including, for the first time, inductees from the Women’s team.So far, since its launch in 2004, a whopping 45 of the Club’s greatest former players and managers have been inducted over the next 12 years.Speaking about the relaunch of the Hall of Fame, Chief Communications Officer and Co-Chair of the Tottenham Fan Advisory Board, Kate Miller, said: “Tottenham Hotspur’s history has been shaped by extraordinary individuals whose contribution, character and achievements continue to inspire generations of supporters.“The re-launch of the Hall of Fame is an important moment for the Club and another step on our journey of reconnection. It allows us to honour the great figures who have helped define Tottenham Hotspur across every era, while creating a refreshed and permanent way for supporters to celebrate and learn more about their legacy.“We are especially pleased that the new format reflects the full breadth of our history, including the achievements of our Women’s team, and that fans will have a meaningful role in shaping our Hall of Fame’s future.“This is about ensuring the people who have made this Club what it is are recognised, remembered and celebrated in a way befitting of their place in Tottenham Hotspur’s story.”Photo by Norman Quicke/Daily Express/Getty ImagesAll 45 players to have been inducted in Tottenham’s Hall of FameAhead of the relaunch of Tottenham’s Hall of Fame, Spurs Web has now put together a list of all players to have been included in those 12 years, including the year each person was inducted.First Tottenham legends in March 2004Bill NicholsonBill BrownPeter BakerRon HenryDanny BlanchflowerMaurice NormanDave MackayCliff JonesJohn WhiteBobby SmithLes AllenTerry DysonTerry MedwinMay 2004Keith BurkinshawOctober 2004Pat JenningsTottenham Hall of Fame induction March 2005Gary MabbuttMay 2005Alan MulleryNovember 2005Gary LinekerMarch 2006Martin PetersDecember 2006Glenn HoddleApril 2007Martin ChiversFebruary 2008Ossie ArdilesRicky VillaMay 2008Clive AllenTeddy SheringhamDecember 2008David GinolaFebruary 2009Paul AllenChris WaddleDecember 2009Darren AndertonSteffen FreundMay 2010Phil BealRalph CoatesJohn PrattDecember 2013Mike EnglandAlan GilzeanNovember 2014Ray ClemencePosthumous Tottenham Hall of Fame inductionsJimmy DimmockArthur GrimsdellWillie HallTed DitchburnRon BurgessOctober 2015Graham RobertsPaul MillerTottenham most recent Hall of Fame inductions in April 2016Jimmy GreavesSteve PerrymanREAD MORE: Piero Ausilio to Tottenham update: Roberto De Zerbi could be key to landing ‘top target’The post All 45 Tottenham legends already inducted into the Hall of Fame since 2004 appeared first on Spurs Web.
