Orris Infrastructure and Godrej Properties have settled their dispute concerning the Godrej Air project in Gurugram. The Bombay High Court recorded the settlement agreement and quashed related FIRs and proceedings. Following the settlement, the court also directed the immediate release of Orris Infrastructure's Managing Director. This resolution brings closure to the dispute, allowing all parties to move forward.
