You'd be on the hook trying to resolve all the problems of some strangers' "big day"...why, exactly? You aren't being paid, nor do you have any personal feelings about whether these people have a beautiful day or not. So why on earth would anyone even consider taking on all that stress? You'll get to gulp down one of the "mistake" meals in between people blaming you for things beyond your control?? 🤦
