United had twice led in the contest, including a goal from Benjamin Sesko on 87 minutes, but were unable to see the game out.United have conceded six goals across their first three games of the Premier League season in a concerning trend for Carrick’s side.Speaking to Sky Sports at full-time, the Manchester United manager said poor decisions when defending the box ultimately cost his team all three points.“There was a lot of good things in the game for us. We played some really good football, were dangerous at times. “For the most part, we defended well as a team. The longer the game went on there were a few more balls into the box and a few decisions we made it more difficult for us when we should have seen it out really. We’re disappointed we didn’t come away with a win.“We haven’t started the season that bad, to be honest. We were that close to coming away with three points today. That’s football, little moments that we can deal with a bit better, but we’ll be fine.”Read – The Premier League clubs with the biggest net spend in summer 2026See Also – The biggest transfer fees ever paid by Premier League clubsFollow the Football Faithful on Social Media:Facebook | Instagram | Twitter | YouTube | TikTokThe post Carrick criticises Man Utd decision-making in Everton draw appeared first on The Football Faithful.
