Liquidity Study - How to read and trade trendline liquidityBoston Scientific CorporationBATS:BSXBtheTradeThis is a difficult topic to explain without a video - and even with a video, a complicated topic in general. There are so many moving pieces in any given chart and in my chart analysis, I try to do my best to focus on certain areas and specific price action based off of what the charts history has shown me. I do my best here to explain what I see, but essentially, by drawing trendlines, we are acknowledging the liquidity that it's building - both bullish and bearish. When we break a trendline, we could identify what liquidity was taken from that break, and based on the subsequent price action/reaction, whether that liquidity was sufficient for price to continue or if it needs further liquidity below.
