In October 2025 the company invested one billion dollars for a stake of about 2.9 percent in Nokia and agreed to collaborate on radio equipment that runs artificial intelligence alongside ordinary mobile traffic. Jiaxian, founded in 2011, focuses on AI-enabled radio products. Tongyu Communication announced around the same time that it planned to acquire about 25 percent of Jiaxian for three billion yuan.Neither NVIDIA nor Jiaxian has publicly confirmed the reported talks. The accounts say NVIDIA would supply the chips and software while Chinese partners handle radio design, antennas, assembly and testing, then sell finished equipment outside China.
