The privacy-focused Android project claims some users are once again having trouble logging into the Revolut app, accusing the fintech company of deliberately trying to shut them out.In a thread on X, GrapheneOS said Revolut is blaming the restriction on security concerns, but argued that the real issue is that they’re enforcing licensing on Google Play. It also questioned how strict Revolut’s security standards can really be when the app still supports Android 9, which launched back in 2018. It went further, describing Revolut as “incredibly negligent when it comes to security.”
