TEHRAN, Aug. 05 (MNA) – Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Kazem Gharibabadi says that the Iranian-Omani agreement will not reopen Hormuz Strait, stressing that reopening of the waterway requires the United States to meet certain conditions.
