Chalet Hotels is adding two new hotels under its ATHIVA brand. These new developments will add 150 keys in Hyderabad and 231 keys in Pune. The company will lease these properties from Mindspace Business Parks REIT. Chalet Hotels aims to launch the Pune hotel in fiscal year 2031. The Hyderabad hotel is planned for launch in fiscal year 2029.
