Although a few profit-taking candles have appeared, selling pressure is still not strong enough to break the bullish structure, as the nearest support zones continue to attract buying interest quickly. What stands out is that the market is still maintaining a sequence of higher highs and higher lows, while each pullback remains shallow and is absorbed rapidly. This suggests that buyers are still in control and have not yet lost momentum. If the newly formed support zone continues to hold, I expect XAUUSD to resume its upward move and test the 4,342 area. The bullish scenario will only come into question if price fails to create a new high, forms a lower high, and then breaks below the most recent swing low.
