STRATEGY Final decline to $60 will price the Cycle bottom.Strategy Inc Class ABATS:MSTRTradingShotFive months ago (March 18, see chart below), we gave our last update on our Strategy (MSTR) investment plan, amidst the ongoing Bear Cycle: This Bear Cycle hasn't been completed yet but it's not far from doing so, always based on the previous 2021 - 2022 pattern. Technically, Strategy continues to be on a non-stop downtrend since the mid July 2025 High and generally a Bear Cycle since its November 21 2024 All Time High (ATH). Right now it appears that we are at the end of Stage 3, the final of the Bear Cycle and is where in October 2022 the final Bearish Leg took place that priced the bottom just below the 1M MA200 (red trend-line). So far the structure including the different stages and MA movement among the two Cycles has been identical so we have every reason to expect that 2026 will be concluded this way. Based on the 2021 - 2022 Cycle, it could last for 693 days and since the November 21 2024 Cycle Top, this should be concluded by late October, which coincides with the expected Bear Cycle duration of Bitcoin. Check also how similar the MA patterns are among the two Cycles, both starting Stage 2 by turning the 1D MA200 (orange trend-line) into Resistance (that held for the rest of the Bear Cycle) and continuing with a 1D Death Cross that led to the break below the 1W MA200 and the beginning of Stage 3. So if the blueprint of 2021/22 is replicated to the very end, expect the stock to complete a -90% total Bear Cycle decline, breaking marginally below $60.00, which has always been our long-term Target for the past year.
