Kylian Mbappé scored in the 6th CL game in a row (Bayern x2, Inter, Roma, Leipzig, AEK), equalling his own record (Nov 2021 - Sep 2022). Since then they won four games in this manner: vs Man City, vs Man City, vs AS Roma, vs AEK Athens. Aboubakary Koïta scored the 1st CL goal by a Mauritanian player. It is the 6th country which scored its 1st CL goal vs Real Madrid after 🇹🇯 Tajikistan (Cherevchenko), 🇨🇷 Costa Rica (Centeno), 🇪🇬 Eygpt (Mido), 🇱🇻 Latvia (Verpakovskis), 🇱🇺 Luxembourg (Thill) and the 2nd which does it via an AEK player vs Real Madrid (Centeno 2002). submitted by /u/MERTENS_GOAT [link] [comments]
