Sky Daily, the widow of wrestling legend Hulk Hogan, is facing allegations in two new lawsuits involving her son, Hayden Hitt. The complaints, obtained by TMZ, include claims that Daily supplied alcohol to underage guests at a party, encouraged a young woman to forgive alleged abuse, and attempted to recruit her into the Church of Scientology. Daily has denied the accusations, saying she is not a Scientologist and that the claims originated with a man who has allegedly harassed her for years. She addressed the controversy in a video posted to her Instagram account, claiming that although she was born into Scientology, she later embraced her grandparents’ Episcopalian faith and raised her children as Christians. “I am not a Scientologist. I have been a Christian for almost 20 years,” Daily said. She also claimed that someone had repeatedly contacted her through social media apps despite her attempts to avoid him, adding that the alleged harassment began before she met Hogan. The party apparently did not go well The lawsuits stem from a party held at Daily’s home in Clearwater, Florida, on March 28. One woman alleges that she was sexually assaulted by another minor while she was incapacitated. The complaint also claims Hitt helped facilitate the alleged assault and that Daily supplied alcohol despite knowing underage guests would be attending. View this post on Instagram A second woman, who previously dated Hitt, alleges that he physically abused her and that Daily encouraged her to forgive him. The woman claimed that he “shoved me all the way from the door into the clothes rack and I fell.” She also claims Daily tried to recruit her into Scientology and later kicked her out of the home where she had been staying after she reported the alleged attack to police. The complaints also raise questions about how authorities handled the allegations. One lawsuit claims Clearwater police “quietly and quickly closed” an investigation because of Daily’s supposed influence within Scientology. However, the department has pushed back against that account, confirming that the investigation remains active. Police began investigating the allegations in March and referred the case to the Pinellas-Pasco State Attorney’s Office for possible prosecution. “The case is not closed; media reports indicating that are inaccurate,” the department said. The allegations add to the controversies surrounding Hogan’s family following his death in July 2025. Daily says the latest accusations have taken a toll on her family and affected how people remember her late husband. “It’s affected a lot of people’s lives, and it’s diluted Terry’s Christian message,” she said.
