Hi everyone! I'm a teacher from the Philippines, and I'm currently looking into online tutoring platforms that cater to students taking IB, AP, IGCSE, or other international curricula. For a little background, I've been teaching for around 7 years, mostly Science and Mathematics at different academic levels. I'm a licensed teacher, currently finishing my master's degree in Biology, and have experience teaching IB Biology and Chemistry (SL/HL), as well as college-level Science courses. My main subjects are Biology and Chemistry, but I also teach General Mathematics, and Algebra. I've also been tutoring international students online, which is something I genuinely enjoy and would like to continue doing. I'm hoping to find platforms or academies where I can take on more students, preferably with flexible schedules since I'm also teaching at a university. Does anyone have recommendations for platforms that accept tutors based in the Philippines? I'm particularly interested in those offering IB/AP subjects, but I'm open to other opportunities as well. Would also appreciate hearing about your experiences, especially regarding the application process, student availability, and payment reliability. Thanks in advance! :) submitted by /u/Helpful_Frame_7432 [link] [comments]
