Star ratings always felt meaningless to me since everything ends up a 7 or 8. So I built Lobby: you say whether you liked a game, then pick between two games a few times ("which would you rather play?"), and it works out the score from where it lands in your list. Your #1 is always a 10. Other things it does: A feed of what your friends are playing and rating Party vote: when your group can't agree on a game, Lobby suggests a few and everyone votes A Taste Card you can share with your #1, runners-up, least favorite, and your "hot take" (where you disagree most with everyone else) It's free and works on phone or computer: https://lobbygames.app/join I'd love feedback on two things: does the head-to-head rating feel quick or tedious, and is it clear what to do when you first land on the site? submitted by /u/Winter-Barracuda686 [link] [comments]
