Vietnam has proposed an agreement with India to exchange and protect classified information, while both countries have agreed to strengthen real-time sharing of strategic intelligence. The proposals were discussed during National Security Adviser Ajit Doval’s meetings with Vietnamese leaders in Hanoi.
