Air India plans to order more widebody aircraft as CEO Tewolde Gebremariam seeks to regain market share and pursue long-term growth. Backed by its shareholders, the airline is also working to cut costs and improve revenue as losses, airspace restrictions and aircraft delivery delays pose hurdles.
