Hello! I’ve been a nurse for about almost 4 years and my longest RN job has been at the outpatient. I left due to the pay. I like the current hospital I’m working at, but I’m just not sure if I like the Endoscopy unit. Granted, I just started therefore it’s a huge learning curve right now. Ultimately, procedural nursing isn’t what I want to do. I want to eventually end up as an ICU RN but there’s currently no RN ICU transition/fellowships open.
