By Mulengera ReportersSaying he is ready to be bewitched or even killed, senior NRM Cadre Yiga Kisakyamukama has declared war on top bureaucrats at the NRM Secretariat aka Kyadondo. He says no one is going to stop him from completing the NRM clean-up videos he will be serializing in the coming days. He says time has come for him to lead a team of fearless and disgruntled cadres to demand for accountability regarding what the Shs8bn he claims the NRM Secretariat receives from the EC every three months (under the IPOD arrangement) is expended on. Kisakyamukama, who first became famous after going native on the Kabaka when he undressed and exposed his hairy a** to the cameras in order to show displeasure with Mengo, says that the President is being let down by lack of accountability for this money. He wants an inquiry to establish where this money goes yet cadres seldom get facilitated and also claims to have been mandated by the President to look into maladministration at Kyadondo where he says two politically very ambitious ladies are scheming to upstage SG Richard Todwong. Saying many cadres have financially been marginalized, Kisakyamukama gives the example of himself; asserting that during the 2026 campaigns he was given political assignments by the President who sent him to Kyadondo for facilitation but the treasurer Barbra Nekesa refused to facilitate him. Kisakyamukama claims that he was coordinating that political work with a group of four other senior cadres but their work was blunted because of Kyadondo’s refusal to facilitate them. In a recorded video that on Thursday went viral on social media platforms, Kisakyamukama demands that an inquiry is conducted into the riches of Barbra Nekesa and other big officials at Kyadondo. He also wants her association with a NUP MP from Katikamu Luwero to be inquired into. He says its treacherous for a whole treasurer of the ruling party to be closely associated with a legislator from the hostile NUP. Kisakyamukama also complains about the financial support Ambassador Nekesa extended towards the campaigns of her sister Phiona Nakku who became Workers MP after her efforts to become a youth MP got blunted after the young people rejected her on grounds that she was too old to be their representative. He also makes reference to the circumstances under which bodyguards were arrested after billions of shillings were stolen and went missing at Nekesa’s Muyenga home. However, Kisakyamukama (who says he is ready to die) contradicts himself when he accuses Amb Nekesa of dumping her husband Suleiman Mafabi Lumolo in one sentence and of using her position to favour him with lucrative party contracts, in the next. All in all, Kisakyamukama (who is also a SPA to the President) claims that his preliminary investigations have established that there are lots of scandals at Kyadondo. He adds that he has profiled a total of seven officials who he will be using social media to expose as the most problematic for the NRM party in the coming days. He says his pioneer video was just curtain-raising as the real hair-raising stuff will be spilled in his upcoming series. He calls on Gen MK to become keenly interested in the exposes he is going to be unleashing in the coming days.
