I don't know why everyone is interpreting it that way. To me it sounds obvious, since it actually says this, that the problem is people coming by once a day and going home. Not that you aren't allowed to leave the house ever at all, just that they don't want you coming by for like a minute to feed the dog and then see you tomorrow.
