Two killed in road accidents in Dindigul - The HinduPublished - November 04, 2026 09:51 pm IST - DINDIGULTwo persons were killed in two separate road accidents near the Sub-Registrar’s Office at Sanarpatti in Dindigul district on Wednesday.According to police, Mazhukkan, 50, was travelling from Natham to Dindigul in a cargo van, sitting atop cement bags. As the van approached the Sub-Registrar’s Office at Sanarpatti, the driver lost control of the vehicle after a tyre burst, following which vehicle overturned. Mazhukkan died on the spot.In another accident, Rahul, 20, from Madurai was travelling on his two-wheeler from Dindigul towards Natham with his relative Ranjith, 45, riding pillion. The two-wheeler rammed an SUV going in front of them.Ranjith, who sustained serious injuries, was rushed to Government Dindigul Medical College Hospital. But, he succumbed to his injuries.
