Hi r/godot! For the past months I’ve been building FarmEggEddon, a 1–4 player co-op shooter: by day you buy upgrades and catch wild chickens, by night you defend the farm from zombies and a boss with a cow-UFO. Some Godot bits: Godot 4 + Jolt physics, ~300 mobs on screen at night 5 (still optimizing!) ENet host-authoritative co-op, with LAN late-join and spectator drop-in 10 languages through the built-in CSV translation system The free alpha is on itch: https://zorggamestudios.itch.io/farmeggeddon I’d love feedback, especially on performance with big hordes. Happy to answer any Godot question! submitted by /u/ZorgGameStudios to r/godot [link] [comments]
