However, we do expect Porro to be in line for a start this weekend.Centre-back – Jan Paul van Hecke: The centre-back is in impressive form and put in his best performance in a Tottenham shirt last time out against Palace, not only scoring the winner but also impressing with the ball at his feet. Van Hecke set the record for the most accurate passes in a single game at Tottenham. We expect him to continue at the heart of defence.Centre-back – Micky van de Ven: He offers the perfect complement to van Hecke with his tremendous pace. The two look to be forming a strong partnership, and we expect them to continue at the back once more.Left-back – Andy Robertson: Destiny Udogie made his return against Palace, playing for 15 minutes, but we do think starting him from the off could be too soon.Centre midfield – Mateus Fernandes: He built on his positive performance against Chelsea with another solid display in the clash against Palace. We do expect it to be three starts in a row for Fernandes given his impressive form, but Rodrigo Bentancur’s return could throw a spanner in the works.Centre midfield – Sandro Tonali: The midfielder has barely put a foot wrong in his last three outings in a Spurs shirt, showing his quality both in and out of possession. De Zerbi certainly trusts him, and so he should be in line for yet another start.Attacking midfield – James Maddison: Despite his injury scare against Chelsea, Maddison was named in the matchday squad when Spurs took on Palace, although he was an unused substitute. His services were not needed against the Eagles, but De Zerbi could well turn to the attacking midfielder as Tottenham look to unpick a resolute Leeds defence.Right wing – Mohammed Kudus: His three assists this season show that he remains a creative outlet for De Zerbi. But he could have grabbed his first goal of the season had he managed to tap in from point-blank range after Luca Williams-Barnett found him in acres of space. Hopefully he can turn his fortunes in front of goal around against Leeds, as Spurs will need not just his creativity but also some ruthlessness in front of goal.Striker – Dominic Solanke: Leeds are one of the more physical sides in the Premier League, and De Zerbi might opt to match their physicality by going with Solanke up top.Left wing – Mathys Tel: Farke’s side are one of the more compact teams in the division, making them one of the harder sides to break down. So far, Leeds have conceded just eight goals in nine games. If Tottenham are to pick their lock, they will need Tel’s dribbling from out wide.READ MORE: 11 players could miss Leeds vs Tottenham through injury in the Premier League on SaturdayThe post Tottenham predicted line-up vs Leeds United as James Maddison returns to the XI appeared first on Spurs Web.
