I wanted a writing space that fits the way I work, so I built one. I use it myself and keep updating it whenever something bugs me. It's a quiet Windows app that keeps your writing as plain Markdown files in a folder you choose. - Write, Review and Normal modes - Research drawer: save pages, highlight, take notes, cite - Export to Word, PDF and Markdown - Optional AI, off by default Free, MIT licensed, still a beta. I'd love to hear what works and what doesn't: https://github.com/illfollowthesun/Divit What would make you switch from your current writing tool? submitted by /u/Aterist_Baterist [link] [comments]
