I was wondering if anyone has worked on this unit or knows anything about the unit culture, management, and overall work environment. I’ve heard mixed things about working at Duke, especially regarding turnover and workload, so I’m a little nervous. I’d love to hear some honest perspectives from nurses who actually work there. Also curious how supportive the unit is toward new grads and whether the learning curve is manageable. Any insight would be really appreciated.
