Hello everyone! I'm a new grad RN working on a telemetry unit. Our hospital typically offers a telemetry class to help nurses prepare for certification (CMT), but due to an expansion of the telemetry unit, the class is currently being delayed. I won't be able to attend until at least three months from now. In the meantime, I'd like to take an online telemetry course on my own to strengthen my knowledge and feel more confident in my practice. I've looked into a few websites, but most of them seem to take me straight to the payment page without providing much information about the actual course content. For those of you who are telemetry-certified (CMT) or have taken a good telemetry course online, do you have any recommendations? I'm open to paid courses, and I'm not too concerned about the cost as long as the course is comprehensive and worthwhile. I'd really appreciate any recommendations or personal experiences!
