Hi! I just started working at a SNF in California not too long ago. I’ve been a LVN for a little over a year and have always picked up extra shifts when they’d need it. In a way, I kind of love the grind. But at my current job, they don’t allow OT at all, which I thought was weird because they’re constantly using agency nurses.
