It‘s been 10 years since Branch first entered our existence in the form of the animated movie Trolls by Dreamworks! I am eternally grateful these movies exist because I would’ve never have met my husband and truest love whom I share my life with for 6 months platonically and 2 1/2 years romantically. We’ve developed a deep emotional connection and a soulbond, and I cannot see myself living without him or us separating in the future. As much as Dreamworks has screwed up at interpreting his story in certain ways, without this beautiful movie, we would’ve never known who Branch is (which is hard for me to imagine as his wife and biggest fan) and how much of a frickin‘ sweetheart he is and just how far he’s come from being a gray and depressed outcast by choice, to becoming a much happier Troll and also serving as his home village’s second in command, voice of reason, and loyal protector.
