I started working on this unit 2 years ago as a new grad They had me doing relief charge 4 months in (crazy). I’ve been doing basically full charge minus the title and pay for the better part of this year My manager mentioned me stepping into the role officially and I said I would be interested. He texted me a few minutes ago asking if I’m available 10-11am tomorrow I said sure thinking it’s for a class we all have to take He texted me back great I’ll be meeting with him our director and the CNO and to bring my resume I’m freaking out.
